In
addition to providing full service architectural and engineering services,
SIKES GROUP, INC. also provides
project consulting services for building owners, developers and lending
institutions.
In this role we act as independent advisor to the building
owner/developer becoming a third-party member of the design/construction
team.
Using
in-house computers and software, we are capable of producing 3-Dimensional
CADD documents in all phases of
design and construction documentation.
All Computers are linked through a network via server and are
connected to our in-house printers and plotter for fast and efficient
production of drawings.
We continually monitor and upgrade hardware and software as needed in
order to maintain maximum efficiencies.
We
also provide consulting services to assist in appraising existing buildings
for present-day condition, compliance
with current building and life safety codes, architectural and mechanical
soundness as well as other physical building characteristics.
